Data & Automation Specialist Hours: 25–40 hours/week (Full-Time Preferred) Pay: $10–$15 USD/hour (depending on experience) Location: Remote (Overseas Preferred) Schedule: Must be available during EST business hours About CORE Systems: CORE Systems helps businesses improve sales, marketing, and operations through data, automation, and process optimization. This is not a traditional Virtual Assistant role. We're looking for someone who thrives on analyzing data, creating dashboards, automating repetitive processes, and providing leadership with accurate, actionable insights that drive better business decisions. About the Role: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data & Automation Specialist to help transform business data into meaningful insights. In this role, you'll build executive dashboards, create performance reports, analyze trends, automate workflows, and improve reporting accuracy across multiple departments. The ideal candidate enjoys working with spreadsheets, dashboards, automation tools, and business systems. You'll play a key role in helping leadership monitor KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and streamline operations through data and automation. Responsibilities: -Build and maintain KPI dashboards for leadership and clients -Create executive reports and business performance summaries -Develop client-facing reports and data visualizations -Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational bottlenecks -Build reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets -Create Pivot Tables, charts, graphs, and interactive dashboards -Clean, organize, and maintain large datasets -Consolidate and analyze data from multiple software platforms -Assist with API integrations and webhooks -Help automate repetitive business processes using automation tools -Maintain documentation for reporting systems and processes -Continuously improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and automation Required Skills: -Advanced Microsoft Excel -Advanced Google Sheets -Pivot Tables -VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP -INDEX/MATCH -SUMIFS -Conditional Formatting -Data Validation -Charts and Dashboard Creation -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Excellent attention to detail -Ability to quickly learn new software and systems -Excellent written and verbal English communication -Reliable internet connection -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Skills: -Power Query -Basic JavaScript, Python, Google Apps Script, or SQL -API integrations and webhooks -Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation platforms -CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) -Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Metabase -Experience building executive dashboards -Marketing analytics and sales reporting -CRM automation experience -Home services industry experience What Success Looks Like; -Within your first few months, you'll help leadership answer questions such as: -Which marketing channels generate the highest ROI? -What KPIs are improving or declining? -Which departments are meeting their goals? -Where are operational bottlenecks? -How can reporting become more automated and efficient? -You'll become the go-to person for delivering organized, accurate, and actionable business data that supports strategic decision-making across the company.
