Data-Driven Funnel Specialist & E-commerce Growth Strategist Long-term)

We operate two DTC beauty and cosmetics brands. We are looking for a senior, highly analytical Data-Driven Funnel Specialist & Strategist for a long-term freelance collaboration to own our post-click journey. You will not manage ad spend. Your responsibility is to analyze data, map funnel leaks, and design high-converting page structures, checkout flows, and offers. We have an in-house development team to execute all technical implementations. Responsibilities: Map & Diagnose: Map every touchpoint of the customer journey (landing page, product page, cart, checkout, and post-purchase) by Top, Middle, and Bottom of funnel. Diagnose conversion rate and drop-off at each stage to prioritize fixes by revenue impact. Offer Architecture: Design and run offer tests (bundle structure, pricing, guarantees) to find the highest-converting configuration per product line and lift AOV without suppressing conversion rate. Landing Page Strategy: Own landing page optimization. Brief and wireframe page variants matched to specific ad angles Retention Integration: Work with our Email marketing specialist to build the right retention flows Reporting: Maintain a funnel health dashboard surfacing CR, AOV, Bounce Rate, and Drop-off by stage, providing clear before/after data Requirements & Technical Competencies: DTC E-commerce Experience: Mandatory experience in DTC e-commerce (experience in the beauty/cosmetics niche is a major plus). Data & Statistical Literacy: Ability to run hypothesis-driven A/B testing across landing pages, offers, and checkout. Must understand statistical significance . Technical Stack Fluency: Analytics: GA4, server-side/CAPI tracking, heatmap/session-recording . CRM & Retention: Klavio Custom Site Integration: Ability to work with custom-built JS websites by writing clear, precise specifications for our internal IT team to execute. Long-term Commitment: Ability to commit to a long-term freelance contract.
