Data Enrichment & AI CRM Specialist (Clay, AI Workflows & Lead Generation) About Us The Club by Sarah Restrick is a luxury private members club connecting business owners, investors, entrepreneurs, executives, and high-net-worth individuals through curated events, strategic introductions, partnerships, and business growth opportunities. We are looking for an experienced Data Enrichment & AI CRM Specialist to help us transform our existing database into a highly valuable business asset while building scalable systems for future lead generation. This is not a simple data entry role. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves data, automation, AI tools, and finding information online. Current Project We currently have approximately 7,000 contacts within our CRM. The data varies in quality and contains valuable tagging and relationship information. We need an expert to cleanse, enrich, verify, and standardise the data so it becomes a powerful sales, marketing, and relationship management tool. Required Data Fields We would like records enriched where possible with: Company Name First Name Surname Job Title Location Sector Company Turnover Email Address Mobile Number Office Number Invoice Name (if different from trading company) Registered Office Address Employee Size Age Gender Personal Net Worth (where publicly available) CRM Status Membership Value Membership Dates Introducer Agreement Status Spend Since Joining Events Attended Responsibilities Phase 1 – Database Cleansing Audit existing CRM data Remove duplicates Standardise formatting Validate contact information Improve data quality Identify missing information Build enrichment workflows Phase 2 – AI Data Enrichment Using tools such as: Clay Apollo LinkedIn Sales Navigator Companies House Hunter Clearbit BuiltWith OpenAI Other enrichment tools you recommend You will enrich our records with accurate and verified information. Phase 3 – Lead Generation Once the database is cleansed, we want ongoing support identifying new prospects. Target sectors include: Property Wealth Management Legal Recruitment Technology IT & Cyber Security Luxury Brands Family Offices Investors Professional Services Typical target companies: £10m+ turnover Founder-led businesses CEOs Managing Directors Owners Investors High Net Worth Individuals Phase 4 – CRM & Automation We would like support creating scalable systems including: Data enrichment workflows Lead sourcing workflows CRM maintenance processes AI-assisted research Automated prospecting systems Data quality control procedures Ideal Candidate You are: Highly analytical Detail obsessed Comfortable working with large datasets Experienced with Clay Experienced with CRM systems Familiar with lead generation Comfortable using AI tools daily Able to work independently Able to recommend better systems and processes Required Experience Please provide examples of: CRM cleansing projects you have completed. Clay workflows you have built. Databases you have enriched. Lead generation projects you have managed. AI tools you use regularly. Any experience working with high-net-worth or B2B databases.
