Data Quality Analyst — B2B Contact List Validation & Expansion (Saudi Arabia, F&B sector)

**Start:** Immediately | **Duration:** 2-3 weeks **Context** We hold a database of ~2,700 B2B contacts — hotels, fine dining restaurants, chocolatiers & patisseries, specialty coffee shops, and home bakers — across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, Saudi Arabia, built for a market research project. We need a rigorous data quality analyst to validate this list and expand it with new establishments before outreach begins on our end. **Scope of Work** **Task A — Validate the existing 2,700 contacts** For every row, check and correct: - Establishment is a real, currently operating business - Establishment type matches one of our 5 fixed categories (4 & 5-star hotel / Fine Dining Restaurant / Chocolatier & Patisserie / Specialty Coffee Shop / Home Baker) — no other values allowed - Job title is standardized to: Executive Chef / Pastry Chef / Chef / Other F&B Service - Phone number is valid, active, and in +966 (Saudi Arabia) format — remove or flag any non-KSA numbers - Email is syntactically valid and, where possible, verified as deliverable - No duplicate contacts Deliver a QA log (separate tab): rows corrected, rows flagged unverifiable, rows removed and why. **Task B — Add 500 new establishments** (extendable to 1,000 if pace and quality allow — see stretch goal below) Source new establishments in the same 5 categories and same 3 cities, each with 1-2 key decision-maker contacts (Executive Chef, Pastry Chef, or F&B Manager), with verified phone (+966) and email. **Required tools & skills** - Business data sourcing tools (Google Maps/Places, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, local business directories, or equivalent) - Email/phone verification tools (e.g. Hunter.io, NeverBounce, or equivalent) — tell us which you use - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (dedup, filtering, data cleaning formulas) - A prior example of a B2B contact list you've cleaned or built **Deliverables** 1. Validated master file (corrections applied inline + QA log tab) 2. 500 new establishment records with 1-2 verified contacts each, same format as the master file 3.
