Data Research Virtual Assistant (2 Hours/Day) Mon-Fri

I'm looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to research public records on county websites and enter the information into my CRM. No experience is required. I'll personally train you and work with you during the first few sessions until you're comfortable with the process. I'm looking for someone who follows instructions carefully and takes pride in doing accurate work. Responsibilities Research public records using county websites Follow a step-by-step process to identify qualifying records Look up property ownership information when needed Enter names, addresses, and other information into my CRM Verify that all information is accurate before saving Ask questions whenever something is unclear Hours 2 hours per day Monday-Friday Work can be completed anytime during the day as long as it's finished each weekday Pay $4.00 USD per hour Approximately 10 hours per week Long-term opportunity for the right person Requirements Excellent attention to detail Strong internet research skills Comfortable using websites and online software Basic computer skills Reliable internet connection Good written English Able to follow instructions carefully Dependable and communicates well Training I'll provide complete training and a step-by-step process.
