Data Support Analyst for Healthcare

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Support Analyst to help prepare, review, and quality-check healthcare client data within our software platform. The role involves ensuring data accuracy and consistency, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with our team to resolve issues. Familiarity with healthcare data and software tools is essential. What You’ll Do • Review incoming client data for completeness and flag issues • Upload and organize data within our workflow modules • Run quality checks and first-pass reviews to surface patterns • Help users by answering questions and maintaining support documentation You Should Have • Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleanup) — required • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Clear communication and the ability to learn new tools quickly • Bonus: familiarity with healthcare or financial-operations data To Apply Share a brief overview of your Excel experience and any relevant data or healthcare work.
