Data Visualization & Business Intelligence Presentation Specialist We are seeking a contractor to help turn business analysis into clear, professional, presentation-ready visuals. This is not primarily a dashboard development role. The work is focused on taking data outputs, written analysis, Excel files, Power BI screenshots, and ArcGIS maps, then converting them into visuals that can be used in supplier presentations, executive updates, sales planning materials, and field sales tools. The ideal person has strong visual judgment and can help decide what should become a chart, table, map, infographic, executive summary, or one-page sales document. Example Project We are analyzing beverage alcohol sales data to compare a brand’s share of sales versus its share of shelf space across stores. The goal is to create a simple, compelling 1–2 page visual summary showing where the brand is under-spaced, where competitors may be over-spaced, and what recommendations should be made to retail accounts or suppliers. Typical Deliverables PowerPoint slides Executive summary visuals Market share charts Shelf-space and SKU productivity graphics GIS/account opportunity visuals Supplier-facing presentation pages One- or two-page sales tools Required Skills Strong PowerPoint design Data visualization Business presentation design Ability to simplify complex analysis Strong judgment about what should be a chart, table, map, or visual summary Nice to Have Power BI familiarity Excel analysis skills GIS/map visualization experience Retail, CPG, beverage, or sales analytics experience To Apply Please send: Examples of PowerPoint or presentation work Examples of data visualization work A brief explanation of how you would approach the shelf-space example above This will begin as hourly project work, with potential for ongoing assignments.
