Dental Pre Authorizations Biller Summary Dental Pre Authorizations Biller: Responsible for submitting dental pre authorizations, following up on pre authorizations already submitted and denied pre authorizations. Must Haves/Experience in: • Dental Insurance • Dental Procedures • Dental Claims/Pre authorizations • X-rays • Perio Chart and treatment narratives Job Description: • Sending prior Authorizations for state insurances online • Checking that all required attachments are attached to pre authorizations (xrays, perio charts, narratives, etc.) • Following up with sent pre authorizations • Responding and appealing to any denied pre authorizations Requirements: • Intermediate admin and computer knowledge • Open Dental experience - Preferred, not required • Must be able to work est time zone, 8am - 6pm (may vary 1- 2 hours)
