About This Role A luxury real estate broker specializing in pre-construction condominium sales in Miami, is seeking a talented bilingual design assistant for direct, consistent, part-time support with estimated 10–15 hours per week. The right candidate will handle the design side of a thriving luxury real estate business, allowing the broker to stay focused on clients and closings. Responsibilities include updating and refining marketing collaterals provided, optimizing content in real time, and creating personalized materials that represent the agent's brand and speak directly to her buyers. Full bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required. Requirements • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio — luxury, real estate, or premium brand work preferred • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop (Windows versions) • Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint design skills — clean, polished, presentation-ready decks built and delivered in .pptx format • Solid working knowledge of Canva for fast-turnaround updates and social content • Adobe Acrobat Pro for interactive and print-ready PDFs • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — including Word and Excel — for document formatting and content support • Comfortable working within project management and task coordination platforms such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com — including tracking assignments, managing approvals, and meeting shared deadlines • Experience using Slack or equivalent messaging tools for fast, responsive communication across active projects • All deliverables must be fully compatible with Windows-based environments. • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English — written fluency in both is non-negotiable • AI literacy is required — the candidate must demonstrate practical experience using AI tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to enhance the design process, improve production efficiency, support content refinement, and accelerate turnaround on design tasks • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple requests simultaneously • Responsive during standard business hours for real-time updates and quick-turnaround tasks • Detail-oriented with a clean, error-free output every time In your reply please also attach a short (90 second) voice or video file in English and Spanish where you summarize your background, your experience and fit for this job.
