Interior Design Project for an 80 sq. m Apartment Project Overview: Looking for an interior designer to develop a complete design project for an 80 sq. m apartment (modern / minimalist style). Floor plan will be provided. The main goal is to create an ergonomic, functional, and well-lit space for comfortable living. Scope of Work: Working Documentation: Full set of technical construction drawings in ArchiCAD (demolition/construction plans, electrical and lighting layouts, lighting scenarios, plumbing connections, wall elevations). 3D Visualization: Photorealistic renders of key areas (kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom, entryway). Requirements: • Proven experience with residential interiors and proficiency in ArchiCAD / 3ds Max. • Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and ergonomics. • Strict adherence to deadlines and clear communication. Deadline: Strictly by August 2.
