UX/UI Designer for B2B SaaS

We’re looking for a full-time Senior UX/UI Designer to help design a complex B2B SaaS platform that acts as a GTM operating system for sales and growth teams. Our product brings together several traditionally separate tools into one platform, including: * CRM and pipeline management * Sales engagement and outreach * Lead generation and enrichment * Workflow automation * Project and task management * Shared inbox and communication * Data tables, dashboards, and analytics * AI-powered assistants and workflows * Integrations with tools such as Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, and LinkedIn This is not a marketing website or simple mobile app. You will be designing a large, interconnected product with complex user flows, dense information, permissions, automation states, and multiple ways of viewing and managing data. ## What You’ll Work On * Design complete product experiences from early concepts to polished interfaces * Improve the usability and information architecture of complex features * Design CRM pipelines, data tables, workflows, dashboards, inboxes, and project-management interfaces * Create intuitive experiences for configuring automations and AI agents * Turn technical product requirements into clear user flows and interfaces * Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma * Create interactive prototypes for testing and development handoff * Work directly with the founders and engineering team * Review implemented designs and ensure a high-quality final product * Help establish consistent UX patterns across the entire platform ## Ideal Experience We’re particularly interested in designers who have previously worked on complex SaaS products such as: * CRM systems * ERP platforms * Project-management software * Sales or marketing automation tools * Workflow builders * Database or spreadsheet-style products * Internal tools * Productivity and collaboration platforms * AI-powered business software Experience designing products similar to HubSpot, Salesforce, Linear, ClickUp, Monday, Airtable, Notion, Attio, Pipedrive, or Zapier would be highly relevant. ## Requirements * Strong experience designing complex B2B SaaS products * Excellent understanding of UX, information architecture, and interaction design * Advanced Figma skills, including components, variables, auto layout, and design systems * Ability to simplify complex workflows without removing important functionality * Strong attention to detail and visual consistency * Comfortable designing dense, data-heavy interfaces * Able to work independently and take ownership of product areas * Comfortable collaborating closely with developers * Strong written and spoken English * Available for a full-time, long-term engagement * Able to work both synchronously and asynchronously with our team ## Nice to Have * Experience with AI products or conversational interfaces * Experience designing workflow or automation builders * Knowledge of frontend development constraints * Experience with React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, or similar component systems * Experience conducting user research or usability testing * Experience working in an early-stage startup environment ## What We’re Looking For We want someone who thinks beyond individual screens. You should be able to understand how different areas of a platform connect, identify confusing UX patterns, propose better product structures, and create interfaces that remain understandable as the product grows. We are now building a new and significantly more ambitious platform in the same market: a complete GTM operating system designed to bring CRM, sales engagement, lead generation, workflows, project management, communication, and AI-powered automation into one unified product. The product is already well underway. We have built a functional MVP and are planning to launch next month. We own a Slack community of +7,000 sales professionals waiting for our launch so we're well positioned for a successful launch. We are now looking for an experienced UX/UI designer who can help us turn that MVP into a polished, consistent, and production-ready product. This will involve improving existing flows, refining the product structure, establishing stronger UX patterns, and creating a scalable design system that can support the platform as it grows.
