UI UX Designer

We're building a leasing platform that makes it easier for property owners and managers to fill vacancies. We're looking for a product designer who can take complex workflows and turn them into simple, intuitive experiences. What You'll Do Design and improve the core leasing platform, including property search, listing management, tenant screening, applications, communications, and reporting Help build and maintain a design system and reusable components as the product grows What We're Looking For Required: 3+ years of product design experience, ideally working on web applications Strong Figma skills or experience with a similar design tool A portfolio showing real products you've designed and shipped, not just concepts Experience designing complex workflows such as CRMs, dashboards, forms, or other business software Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain your design decisions Comfortable working closely with engineers and product teams Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to getting things done
