About Us We're a well-established commercial cleaning franchise in business for 19 years (part of a national brand) based in the U.S., and we're growing fast — expanding into new markets and taking on more clients every month. We already have a great remote team across Asia, and we treat our people like long-term partners, not disposable contractors. We're looking for one more phenomenal teammate to grow with us. This is a stable, full-time, long-term position for the right person. If you do great work, you'll have real opportunities for bonuses and advancement as we scale. Our current upwork hires have been around for YEARS, and we want you to do the same. The Role This is a combined accounting + admin + sales-support position. None of the individual tasks are difficult, but they require someone who is accurate, organized, takes ownership, and genuinely cares about getting the details right. You'll be a key behind-the-scenes player keeping our operation running smoothly. Accounting / QuickBooks (the core of the role) Post payments into QuickBooks from our online lockbox and ACH deposits Create and set up new customers in QuickBooks Bill customers for full and partial-month invoices based on their service start date Process customer cancellations Create and send invoices for special/one-time services Collect and reconcile invoices from franchise owners and subcontractors Sales & CRM Support Help our sales rep enter new customers, bids, and measurements into our CRM Build clean, professional proposals for prospects based on info the sales rep provides Send completed proposals back to the sales rep promptly What We're Looking For Extensive hands-on QuickBooks experience (this is non-negotiable — please tell us specifically what you've done in QuickBooks) Excellent written English and clear, professional communication Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers Reliable, self-managing, and proactive — someone who flags issues and looks for ways to help the business grow Comfortable juggling recurring tasks without dropping the ball A great attitude and a team-first mindset Schedule & Pay Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time (CST) — please only apply if you can reliably work these hours Rate: up to $10/hour, with performance bonuses and room to grow into more responsibility (and pay) as you prove yourself Long-term position — we want someone who's looking to stick around and build something with us How to Apply We read every application, so help us see you're a real fit: Start your reply with the word "Sparkle" so we know you read the full post.
