Detail-Oriented E-commerce Assistant

About the Role Grayson De Vere is a luxury lifestyle brand devoted to thoughtfully curated objects and conscious living. We're looking for a detail-oriented e-commerce assistant to work alongside our E-Commerce Manager, helping us merchandise products and refine our site so that every visit feels considered. This role suits someone who holds two strengths at once: an eye for design and visual storytelling, and the diligence to manage product data with genuine care. You're naturally curious, eager to understand the business from the inside, and you take quiet satisfaction in getting the details right. What You'll Do Add and maintain products on our Shopify storefront—descriptions, tags, collections, imagery—with accuracy and consistency Source, edit, and optimize product imagery so each piece is shown to its best advantage Review site pages for errors or discrepancies and help safeguard data integrity Assist with merchandising, filtering strategy, and site organization to elevate the shopping experience Conduct light competitive research on best practices, valid values, and filter logic What You Bring Familiarity with Shopify Comfort with Photoshop (preferred) or Canva for image editing A discerning eye for visual presentation, paired with an analytical, organized approach Strong written and verbal English Google Suite skills a plus How to Apply Submit an application on upwork with your resume, a bit about yourself, your background, and previous experience.
