Needs to hire 3 Freelancers Summary We are a newly formed boutique agency seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support the founder. Currently, we are in the pre-launch phase, meaning hours will be 'as-needed' (roughly 5-10 hours per week) but will scale significantly as we acquire clients. Your Responsibilities: Inbox management, calendar organization, and scheduling. Data entry, CRM cleanup, and basic lead research. Light operational support and following strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Who You Are: You speak and write English at a highly professional level. You are comfortable working asynchronously and communicating clearly. You do not need to be micromanaged; if you don't know something, you Google it before asking.
