AI Developer / AI Agent Engineer to Build & Ship Production Agentic Workflows

We are looking for a senior AI Developer who is also a strong Full Stack Engineer. We need someone who can actually build and ship the product, not just advise us or hand over a demo. We want a real, working generative AI system that runs day to day, not a prototype that sits on a shelf. You will design the AI layer, including AI agents, agentic workflows, and a RAG setup that can answer questions from our internal documents and knowledge base. You will also build the full product around it, deploy it on AWS, and make sure it is stable, secure, and cost-efficient. What Phase One Looks Like The first phase will include: * Building one or more AI agents that can take over a high-volume internal workflow, such as intake, scheduling, and document handling, while integrating with the tools we already use. * Creating a reliable RAG pipeline that pulls accurate answers from our documents without hallucinating. You should be comfortable with Pinecone or Qdrant, hybrid search, re-ranking, and effective chunking. * Building a conversational layer so users can interact with the system through a voice AI assistant and/or chatbot. Experience with LiveKit, ElevenLabs, or the OpenAI Realtime API is useful, especially with WhatsApp and Slack integrations. * Setting up the orchestration layer using LangChain or LangGraph, with n8n for lighter automations, connected to Claude and GPT-4. * Building the full-stack product using React / Next.js and Node.js, with Python for the AI components. * Deploying the system on AWS using services such as Lambda, ECS/Fargate, RDS, S3, and SQS. * Integrating the product with the systems we use day to day, including Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Slack. About You You are a senior AI Developer / AI Engineer and a genuine Full Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience shipping production software. You have taken generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and RAG systems live in real-world environments, not just notebooks, demos, or experiments. You should be able to own this end to end, from architecture and implementation to deployment and production stability. Bonus points if you have experience working in regulated or operations-heavy businesses.
