AI Developer Needed – Facebook Groups Rental Assistant Bot

I'm looking for an experienced AI developer to build an automated assistant for Facebook groups. Project description: I own 10 apartments divided into rooms for rent in one city. Each apartment: - has a different location, - has a different number of rooms, - is described on my website (each apartment has its own URL with details). I want an AI bot that monitors posts in 5 Facebook groups dedicated to room rentals in my city. They are closed groups, I have to be loged as my user. How it should work: -Monitor new posts in the selected Facebook groups. -Understand the content of each post using AI (not only keyword matching). -Compare the request with my apartment webside If there is a matching offer, automatically reply to the post with the appropriate apartment link. If there is no suitable offer, do nothing. Example Facebook post: "I'm looking for a room for a student near the university. Maximum 4 rooms in the apartment." Bot reply: Hi! Matching logic The AI should understand requests such as: preferred location, proximity to landmarks (e.g. university), maximum number of rooms in the apartment, student-friendly accommodation, other natural language requirements. The solution should recommend the best matching apartment based on the information available on my website. Technical requirements: Please propose the best technical solution.
