Development Representative (SDR) – AI & Automation

We are a rapidly growing technology consultancy specializing in AI-driven business process automation and CRM implementations. We are currently on a mission to become the undisputed reference for AI automation in Latin America. To fuel this growth, we are looking for a high-energy, strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead our outbound efforts and spearhead our expansion across the region. Your Responsibilities * As our SDR, you will be the engine behind our sales pipeline. Your primary goal is to identify, reach out to, and qualify high-value prospects. * Lead Generation: Identify and research companies in LATAM that are prime candidates for AI and CRM automation. * Outbound Prospecting: Execute multi-channel outreach (Cold Email, LinkedIn, and Discovery Calls) to engage C-level executives and Operations Managers. * Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and determine if they are a fit for our solutions. * Strategy Ownership: Help refine our regional sales messaging and outreach strategy to improve conversion rates. * Pipeline Management: Manage and update our CRM to ensure no lead falls through the cracks and provide regular reports on outreach performance. * Meeting Setting: Successfully book high-quality demos and consultations for our specialized consultants. What We Are Looking For * Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the SaaS, CRM, or Automation landscape. * Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (essential for the LATAM market). * Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in an SDR or Lead Generation role, preferably in a B2B tech environment. * Proactive Mindset: You don’t just wait for leads; you hunt for them. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-growing environment. * Tech Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern CRM tools.
