Dialer & Intake Optimization Specialist Needed to Improve Pickup Rates

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an experienced dialer and intake optimization specialist to help us improve the performance of our intake/sales department, specifically around increasing lead pickup rates, contact rates, and overall call efficiency. We already have an existing intake system in place, but we need someone who can audit our current setup, identify bottlenecks, and recommend practical improvements that help our team connect with more leads faster and more consistently. Experience working with marketing/internet leads is a must. We need someone who understands the challenges of contacting inbound digital leads, including speed-to-lead, follow-up timing, lead fatigue, call sequencing, number reputation, and how to maximize pickup rates from prospects who may not immediately recognize the caller. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Review our current intake/sales dialing process 2. Analyze pickup rates, contact rates, speed-to-lead, and call flow 3. Identify issues affecting lead connection and conversion 4. Recommend improvements to our dialer setup, workflows, call timing, routing, and follow-up structure 5. Help us create a more efficient system for reaching internet/marketing leads quickly 6. Suggest best practices for improving agent productivity and accountability 7. Provide clear documentation or an action plan for implementation IDEAL EXPERIENCE: - Must have experience working with marketing/internet leads - Experience optimizing dialer systems for sales, intake, or call center teams - Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Kixie, CallRail, RingCentral, Aircall, Five9, or similar platforms - Strong understanding of outbound calling strategy and lead follow-up - Experience improving pickup/contact rates for lead-based businesses - Ability to analyze workflows and recommend practical operational improvements - For priority consideration, mention your favorite sport in the first line of your application. - Bonus: Experience with legal intake, personal injury intake, or high-volume lead response teams What We’re Looking For: We do not just need someone to “set up a dialer.” We need someone who understands the psychology and operations behind getting leads to answer the phone, including call timing, local presence, branded caller ID, number reputation, retry logic, voicemail/text sequencing, and agent workflow efficiency.
