Digital Banking Mystery Shopper for Washington State - USA only

Hello! We are FinTech Insights, a global digital banking research platform focused on analyzing banking apps and digital financial experiences around the world. We’re currently looking for Washington State–based freelancers to join us as Mystery Shoppers and help us understand how local banks and fintechs perform in real, everyday use. What the project involves: • Opening accounts with 5 different financial institutions • Recording and sharing your experience with our team • Helping us evaluate the digital user journey and banking experience Compensation: • $400 per account • 5 accounts total = $2,000 total compensation Optional ongoing collaboration: • $50 per account/month if you choose to keep the accounts open for future insights • Completely optional — you can opt out anytime • Additional assignments may also become available depending on your availability and interest Requirements: • Must currently live in Washington State • Please include your ZIP code for county eligibility verification • Own an iPhone (preferred) or a newer Android device • Be available for approximately 1 hour for account setup and a Zoom call over a 2-week period This is a simple and well-paid project for people who are organized, communicative, and curious about digital banking technology.
