Digital Course Creator Needed — Curriculum, PDFs, Scripts & Videos

We’re looking for an experienced digital course/product creator who can help us develop polished, consumer-facing online courses from start to finish. We operate ecommerce brands and plan to launch multiple digital courses and information products across different niches. We need someone who can take a topic or general concept and turn it into a complete, professional product that is ready to sell through Shopify. This is not just a writing position. Ideally, you can manage most of the production process, including: * Researching the topic and understanding the target customer * Developing the complete course structure and curriculum * Writing lessons and educational content * Creating professionally designed PDFs, guides, checklists, worksheets and other downloadable resources * Writing scripts for instructional videos * Producing/editing short instructional videos * Using AI tools where appropriate to improve production speed * Incorporating stock footage, B-roll, graphics, captions and demonstrations * Organizing the completed material into logical modules and lessons * Preparing content for upload into a Shopify course platform such as Tevello * Ensuring the finished product feels premium and not like low-quality generic AI content Video Requirements Many courses will include approximately 15–30 short instructional videos, typically around 2–6 minutes each. We are open to AI-assisted production using platforms such as: HeyGen, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, Runway, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar tools. However, the finished videos must look professional and appropriate for a paid course. For topics where an actual demonstration is important, we want relevant footage, animations, B-roll or other visuals rather than simply having an AI avatar speak for the entire video. Example Project One current project is a comprehensive puppy-training program containing areas such as: * Puppy training fundamentals * A 30-day training plan * Potty and crate training * Biting and chewing * Recall and leash training * Behavior problems * Puppy health and safety * Nutrition * Grooming * Travel and pet sitting * Printable resources The finished program would include written lessons, approximately 20–30 instructional videos, checklists, guides and downloadable resources organized inside a course portal. This is just one example. Future projects may be in completely different niches. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: * Has previously created online courses or substantial digital products * Is an excellent researcher and writer * Understands how to structure information so beginners can easily follow it * Has experience creating educational videos * Has strong design/presentation skills * Understands AI-assisted content and video production * Can work independently from a relatively broad project brief * Understands the difference between technically complete content and a product customers would actually be happy paying for * Can maintain factual accuracy and properly research claims * Has excellent English Experience with Shopify, Tevello, Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable or similar course platforms is a plus.
