Expert Instructional Designer / Online Course Developer (Project-Based)

We're looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to transform our existing content into a premium online learning experience. This is not a content writing role. We already have the content. Your expertise will be in analyzing, curating, and organizing it into a highly engaging, well-structured online course. What You'll Do: -Review our existing materials (documents, notes, and resources). -Identify the strongest and most relevant content. -Design a logical curriculum consisting of approximately 4–6 modules. -Create a clear lesson flow and learning progression. -Recommend where lessons should be combined, simplified, or removed. -Ensure the course is engaging, easy to follow, and optimized for adult learners. -Provide recommendations for activities, reflection questions, worksheets, or other learning elements where appropriate. You're a Great Fit If You: -Have 3+ years of instructional design or online course development experience. -Have designed courses for business professionals, leadership, coaching, consulting, or corporate learning. -Understand adult learning principles and learner engagement. -Can transform large amounts of information into a concise, structured learning experience. -Have exceptional English communication and writing skills. -Work independently and proactively make recommendations to improve the learner experience. Nice to Have: -Experience with Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, LearnWorlds, -Passion.io, or similar learning platforms a plus but not required -Experience creating leadership, professional development, or executive education courses.
