We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Digital Curriculum & Course Development Specialist to help build world-class educational content, e-books, certification programs, digital courses, membership resources, and AI-driven learning experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging learning journeys that drive transformation, retention, and measurable outcomes for diverse audiences including parents, athletes, coaches, business owners, and professionals. Responsibilities: Design and develop e-books, workbooks, playbooks, guides, and digital learning resources. Create engaging online courses, certification programs, and membership content from concept to completion. Structure curriculum frameworks that maximize learning, accountability, and user engagement. Collaborate on AI-powered educational experiences and subscription-based learning products. Develop assessments, exercises, templates, action plans, and implementation tools. Create compelling content that speaks directly to the target audience and motivates action. Upload, organize, automate, and manage courses within GoHighLevel. Build course funnels, member portals, onboarding sequences, and learning pathways inside GoHighLevel. Continuously improve content based on engagement, feedback, and performance metrics. Requirements: Proven experience creating digital courses, certifications, e-books, or educational programs. Strong instructional design and curriculum development background. Experience building and managing courses within GoHighLevel. Excellent writing, editing, and content organization skills. Ability to transform ideas, interviews, or concepts into structured educational products. Strong understanding of customer psychology, learning behavior, and audience engagement. Experience with membership programs, coaching programs, masterminds, or subscription-based businesses is preferred. Familiarity with AI tools and modern content creation platforms is a plus.
