🎓 Digital Education Assistant – Kajabi, Squarespace, Social Media & Design We're building an online education ecosystem and need a skilled, self-directed Digital Education Assistant to join us starting July 2025. If you know your way around Kajabi and Squarespace, think visually, and understand what it takes to launch and grow courses online, we want to hear from you. 📌 ABOUT THE ROLE This is a part-time, ongoing hourly position supporting the development and management of an online education platform. You'll work behind the scenes (and sometimes front-and-center) to help build, maintain, and grow a course-based business. As we evolve, new needs will emerge, and we're looking for someone who can grow with us. ✅ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Building and managing online courses in Kajab, including course structure, content uploads, landing pages, sales funnels, and automations • Managing and updating a Squarespace website — layout, copy updates, integrations, and general upkeep • Supporting the broader digital ecosystem: email sequences, membership areas, checkout pages, and tech integrations as needed • Creating and scheduling social media content that reflects the brand and supports course launches • Designing graphics for courses, social media, and promotional materials (Canva, Adobe, or similar) • Flagging and solving tech issues proactively — we want a partner, not just a task-taker 🎯 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Proven experience with Kajabi (course creation, funnels, automations, pipelines) • Solid working knowledge of Squarespace • Strong graphic design skills — clean, professional, on-brand visuals • Social media savvy — content creation, scheduling, basic strategy • Self-starter who can work with minimal hand-holding • Excellent communication and ability to ask smart questions • Bonus: experience with email marketing, Zoom, YouTube, or podcast integration 📎 TO APPLY, PLEASE INCLUDE: • A brief intro about your background in online education or course platforms • Links to Kajabi or Squarespace sites you've worked on • 2–3 samples of graphic design or social media work • Your hourly rate We're excited to build something meaningful and are looking for the right person to help us do it right from the start.
