About Us We're a growing psychiatry and specialty mental health practice based in Burbank, CA offering medication management, TMS, and Spravato (esketamine) treatment. We run active Google Ads and Meta campaigns and use GoHighLevel as our CRM and lead pipeline. What We Need We're looking for an experienced marketing operator who lives inside GoHighLevel and knows paid advertising — someone who can fix our attribution, clean up our lead pipeline, and manage ongoing campaigns with accountability to real numbers. Primary scope: Audit and fix our Google Ads → GoHighLevel attribution (UTM parameters, field mapping, campaign name display in CRM) Set up proper UTM naming conventions across all paid campaigns so leads are tracked accurately by source, campaign, and ad group Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, LSA) Manage Meta Ads campaigns with awareness of healthcare advertising policies Build and maintain GHL pipelines, automations, and lead workflows Provide weekly reporting on CPL, lead volume, and pipeline activity by campaign You're a Strong Fit If You: Have 2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience (pipelines, workflows, forms, automations — not just basic CRM use) Have managed Google Ads accounts with $20K+/month in spend Understand UTM architecture and how to pass attribution data cleanly through landing pages into a CRM Have worked with healthcare, medical, or wellness clients (behavioral health experience is a major plus) Are familiar with Meta's restrictions on healthcare and behavioral health advertising Communicate clearly and proactively — you flag issues before they become problems Nice to Have: Experience with DrChrono or other medical EHRs Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices Google Ads certified To Apply, Please Include: A brief description of a GHL build or integration you're proud of — what was the problem, what did you set up, what was the result One example of fixing a broken attribution or UTM tracking issue
