Digital Marketing Manager – Campaign & Content Operations

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across our growing brand. This role is ideal for a strategic, highly organized marketing professional who can connect creative direction with disciplined execution, ensuring that campaigns, content, community, and communications move forward in a coordinated and measurable way. This is a full-time, remote position ($5,000/month) ideal for a marketing professional who seamlessly connects creative direction with disciplined project management. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the marketing department’s strategic calendar, planning campaigns and events, coordinating with internal departments, and overseeing the development of content across video, email, social media, Discord, and the blog. You will work closely with creative, production, support, affiliate, community, and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned, timely, and effective. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage the marketing department’s strategic planning and scheduling process, ensuring that campaigns, product promotions, content releases, and community initiatives are organized across clear timelines and priorities. - Plan, coordinate, and support marketing campaigns and events from concept through execution. - Communicate regularly with different departments to gather input, align messaging, manage deadlines, and ensure that every campaign is executed with consistency across all relevant channels. - Oversee and coordinate video production workflows, including campaign videos, promotional assets, educational content, and social media video deliverables. - Help guide mailing initiatives, social media activity, Discord community engagement, and blog development, ensuring that each channel supports the company's broader marketing objectives. - Monitor campaign progress, identify execution gaps, organize team priorities, and help maintain accountability across contributors. - Support performance review, content planning, campaign reporting, and continuous improvement of marketing operations. What We’re Looking For: - You have exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to translate broad business goals into practical, step-by-step marketing plans. - You know how to keep multiple departments aligned, establish clear priorities, and manage complex timelines without letting details slip through the cracks. - You have hands-on experience overseeing digital marketing mix components, specifically digital content, email campaigns, social media, and community platforms like Discord. - An interest in or familiarity with financial markets, trading, fintech, or online subscription-based business models is a massive plus.
