We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to develop and execute an end-to-end lead generation strategy targeting the US market. The ideal candidate will specialize in attracting B2B clients within the financial services and bookkeeping sectors. In this role, you will focus on building a robust lead funnel driven by engaging short-form and long-form video content (video editorials, Reels, Shorts) and leveraging social media marketing to scale our acquisition channels. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Lead Generation: Design and implement a multi-channel digital marketing strategy tailored for B2B audience acquisition in the US financial and bookkeeping sectors. Content Strategy: Conceptualize and guide the production of high-converting video assets, including video editorials, Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts. Social Media Marketing: Manage, optimize, and scale content distribution across key platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) to capture and nurture high-quality B2B leads. Market Positioning: Craft compelling messaging that resonates with business owners and decision-makers looking for financial and bookkeeping solutions. Analytics & Performance: Track performance metrics, analyze lead generation funnels, and continuously optimize campaigns for higher ROI and lower CAC. Requirements & Qualifications US Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the US market landscape, consumer behavior, and B2B buyer journeys in the financial services sector. B2B Audience Acquisition: Proven track record in attracting, engaging, and converting B2B clients—specifically around bookkeeping and financial services. Video Content Strategy: Strong experience using video formats (editorials, Reels, Shorts) as a core driver for engagement and lead generation. Social Media Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SMM strategies and social platform algorithms to drive organic and paid distribution. Analytical Mindset: Ability to convert marketing metrics into actionable insights to improve campaign conversion rates. Preferred / Nice-to-Have Fintech & Startup Experience: Prior experience in promoting and scaling fintech startups or emerging financial services is a major plus.
