Digital Signage Consultant & Implementation Specialist Needed for Retail Store Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Digital Signage Consultant / Integrator to help us replace printed signs throughout our retail store with one or more digital displays. We currently have a large collection of existing marketing materials including: • PDF files • JPG/JPEG images • PNG graphics • Flyers • Menus • Promotional posters • Announcements Our goal is to create a professional digital signage system that is easy to update and manage. Scope of Work The successful freelancer will: Phase 1 – Planning & Recommendations • Review our current content and requirements. • Recommend the optimal digital signage solution. • Advise on hardware requirements. • Advise on monitor sizes and placement. • Compare cloud-based vs local solutions. • Recommend the most cost-effective and scalable approach. Phase 2 – Implementation • Configure the chosen digital signage platform. • Create content playlists and screen layouts. • Organize and convert our existing files where necessary. • Configure automatic content rotation and scheduling. • Set up weather and other dynamic information feeds if appropriate. • Provide clear documentation and training. Current Requirements We anticipate starting with: • 1 to 3 monitors • Menus • Sales flyers • Promotional announcements • Community notices • Local weather • Static and rotating content Desired Outcome We want a system that: • Is reliable and professional • Requires minimal technical knowledge to update • Allows future expansion • Can be managed efficiently by store staff • Makes effective use of our existing content library Qualifications Please apply only if you have experience with digital signage projects.
