We run Jetlag Recovery — a financial education coaching brand built around: • A private Skool community (membership-based) • A high-ticket mentorship program ($1K tier) • A lifetime access pass — $150 one-time for Discord + Skool, no recurring • A growing Discord • Ebooks and education products (paid + free playbook) Credit repair services are bundled as a benefit for higher-tier members — they are NOT the headline offer. The funnel sells education, community, and mentorship. That's where the money is and that's what we need to convert better. Traffic is real, clients are paying, but our conversion machine is leaking and our ad creatives aren't pulling weight. We've got the infrastructure; we're missing the operator who can pull it all together. This is a PERFORMANCE deal designed to make you money if you're actually good and protect both of us if we're not a fit: ————————————————————————————————————————— THE DEAL ————————————————————————————————————————— Day 1: Mutual-fit audit (FREE). You review our stack (GHL, Meta pixel, Skool, Discord, current ads, current funnel). We review your past work. Either of us walks if it's not a fit. Day 3–7: Implementation sprint. You ship: rewritten offer/landing/VSL copy, new ad creatives, refreshed Meta campaigns, fixed GHL nurture sequences. $200 paid on delivery of the work (not tied to results — pays for the build). Day 8–37: Live campaign. You earn 35% of net new revenue attributable to the funnel you built (tracked via UTMs + dedicated GHL tags on every signup). Net = after Stripe fees and refunds. Cap: $5,000 in the first 30 days. Day 38+: If we hit our target metrics together, we convert to a real retainer. If not, no hard feelings — you keep what you've earned, we keep the work product, both move on. ————————————————————————————————————————— THE OFFER LADDER ————————————————————————————————————————— Tier 1 — Community: $39.99/mo (recurring) — Skool + Discord access Tier 2 — Lifetime: $150 one-time — same access, no recurring fee Tier 3 — Mentorship: $1,000 — high-ticket coaching program The $150 lifetime pass is the conversion lever we think is most underutilized — it should be the natural step-up for recurring members who want out of the monthly fee, AND a "trial buyout" for direct buyers who don't want to commit monthly. Right now it's not pulled forward enough in the funnel. ————————————————————————————————————————— WHAT'S IN PLACE ————————————————————————————————————————— • GoHighLevel (CRM, calendar, SMS, email, funnels) — fully configured • Skool community — active, growing • Discord — growing organic membership • Meta pixel installed + actively spending • Stripe • Published playbook PDF (excellent lead magnet candidate) • Existing paying clients across all three tiers ————————————————————————————————————————— YOU ARE A FIT IF ————————————————————————————————————————— • You've taken at least one coaching / info-product / membership funnel from leaky to consistent — with documented before/after numbers • You write your own copy AND build your own ads AND read your own analytics (one person, three skills — not a team, not an agency) • You've grown a coaching, community, or membership-based business — Skool, Circle, Mighty Networks, Kajabi, MemberStack, or similar — past 200+ paid members with documented conversion numbers • You're confident enough in your work to bet on a rev-share structure • You can start within the next 7 days • Bonus if you've worked in finance/credit-adjacent niches and know basic FTC CROA awareness (not required — we own compliance) ————————————————————————————————————————— YOU ARE NOT A FIT IF ————————————————————————————————————————— • You're a generalist marketing consultant • You're an agency or you'd be subcontracting the work • You need 50%+ upfront to feel safe (the structure says what it says) • You've never personally run Meta ads from creative to scale • You think "10x ROAS guaranteed" is a real promise • You think "performance deal" means we owe you anything if results don't materialize from work that was actually done ————————————————————————————————————————— TO APPLY — ANSWER ALL THREE ————————————————————————————————————————— We will not respond to generic proposals or anything that reads like AI output. Required: 1. Show me ONE coaching / info-product / membership funnel you fixed. Before/after CAC and conversion rate. What specifically did you change? (Screenshot or link preferred.) 2. We have three tiers — $39.99/mo community, $150 one-time lifetime access (Discord + Skool), $1K mentorship. How would you sequence the marketing so: (a) the monthly community doesn't cannibalize the lifetime pass, (b) the lifetime pass doesn't cannibalize the $1K mentorship, AND (c) people upgrade naturally up the ladder? Be specific — high-level frameworks aren't enough. 3. If you took over our system tomorrow, what's the FIRST thing you'd audit and why? Be specific — not "I'd look at the funnel." Replies that answer all three with substance get a 30-min call. Replies that skip any question or template-respond will be ignored.
