We are looking for a sharp direct-response funnel strategist to help build and optimize a customer acquisition and conversion system for an established expert-led education business. This is not a generic social media role. This is not a branding-only role. This is not a content-calendar job. We already have: a real offer a real founder with authority a site curriculum / SOPs / course assets a small paid subscriber base an email list a clear audience What we do not have is a strong conversion machine. We want help designing and improving a funnel that can grow a paid membership / course business from a small base into a much larger one. What we are trying to build A scalable acquisition and conversion system for a subscription-based educational offer priced around $197/month. We need someone who can help think through: funnel strategy messaging / offer positioning lead magnet / webinar / workshop flow landing page structure email nurture and conversion sequence paid acquisition path, likely including Meta conversion math and KPI targets testing and optimization Ideal experience You have done this before for: expert-led businesses course / membership businesses coaching / education offers low-ticket or mid-ticket recurring offers webinar or workshop funnels paid acquisition into newsletter / nurture / conversion systems What we need from you We are looking for someone who can: assess the current funnel and tell us what is missing recommend the right acquisition path help design a clear funnel from cold traffic to paid conversion identify the right pages, emails, and assets needed improve conversion, not just traffic work from numbers, not vague marketing language You are probably a fit if: you understand direct response you can speak clearly about funnel math you know how to convert cold traffic into paid members you have opinions on webinar vs lead magnet vs direct-to-offer funnels you can show real examples of subscription, course, or membership funnels you have worked on You are probably not a fit if: you mainly do organic social management you mainly do branding without conversion work you mainly run ads but do not understand funnel strategy you use a lot of vague “growth” language without hard numbers In your reply, please answer: What types of membership / course / education funnels have you built? If you were starting with an established expert-led brand and a $197/month offer, would you drive traffic to a newsletter, webinar, workshop, lead magnet, or direct sales page first, and why?
