What we do We're a direct-response Meta advertising agency. We make short-form video ads (UGC-style and AI-animated) for health and supplement brands. What matters here is whether the ad converts on paid social. We move fast, test a lot, and scale what works. The role You write the scripts behind ads that sell product. We already use AI to generate first drafts, so this isn't a blank-page job. Your value is turning real customer research into hooks and angles that convert, and making every line pass a strict compliance review without going flat. Plenty of writers can write a hook that grabs attention. Far fewer can do it under FTC and supplement-claim rules. If you can do both, you're rare, and we'll pay accordingly. What you'll do -Mine customer research (reviews, testimonials, voice-of-customer) for pains, objections, and the language buyers actually -use -Write and iterate direct-response video scripts: strong hook, clear mechanism, social proof, single CTA -Sharpen and validate AI-generated drafts: cut the weak lines, fix the compliance problems, keep what converts -Turn winning ads into new hooks, angles, and variations without starting over -Build clean briefs (script, B-roll, hooks) the production team can execute without back-and-forth -Match messaging to market awareness, routing problem-aware and solution-aware copy to the right landing page Nice to have -Experience scripting mini-VSLs and listicle, testimonial, or "talking-object" ad formats -Familiarity with the 55+ cognitive-health buyer -You can write in multiple voices: founder-led, conversational, authority-driven, UGC storytelling
