Discord Bot Developer Needed to Schedule Chat Open/Close Times

Summary

I need a simple Discord bot built for my private Discord server. The bot should automatically open and close text chat access in a specific channel based on a daily schedule. Members should always be able to view/read the channel, but they should only be able to send messages during the open window. Current schedule: Open: 3:30 PM Eastern Time M-F Close: 5:30 PM Eastern Time M-F When the channel opens, the bot should post a message letting members know chat is open and encouraging them to join voice chat to discuss potential overnight trades. When the channel closes, the bot should post a message saying chat is now closed until tomorrow.
