Dispatch Assistant (eCommerce - Night Shift)

We are an Australian eCommerce business specialising in automotive parts and accessories and are looking for a reliable Dispatch & Logistics Assistant to join our team. This is a long-term position for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Working Hours: - Monday to Friday - Approximately 4:00am - 9:00am AEST (exact start time can be discussed) - Consistent ongoing long-term work Responsibilities: - Review and process incoming orders - Prepare supplier order files and spreadsheets - Assist with dispatch and logistics-related administrative tasks - Communicate with team members regarding order issues and exceptions Requirements: - Strong attention to detail - Strong English - Ability to follow procedures accurately - Experience with eCommerce, order processing, logistics, Shopify, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar platforms is highly regarded When applying, please tell us: 1.
