What You'll Do As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will serve as the main point of contact for drivers, monitor deliveries, resolve operational challenges, and help maintain high service standards. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and oversee daily dispatch and logistics operations. • Maintain constant communication with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries. • Monitor routes, shipment status, and operational performance. • Quickly identify and resolve delivery delays or operational issues. • Provide support, guidance, and direction to drivers throughout their routes. • Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams. • Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation. • Support scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks. • Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards. Who We're Looking For Required Qualifications • Minimum of 1 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, fleet coordination, operations support, or a related field. • Previous experience working directly with drivers and managing daily dispatch activities. • Strong leadership presence with the ability to confidently communicate expectations and maintain accountability. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills SPANISH & ENGLISH • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure. • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. • Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and commitment to results. • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies. • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications • Studies or coursework in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or related fields. • Familiarity with dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, or transportation management platforms.
