Disposition Manager for Real Estate

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and well-spoken Real Estate Disposition Assistant to help our company sell wholesale real estate deals and build relationships with cash buyers, investors, wholesalers, and JV partners. Our company works in the real estate investment space, primarily in Florida and Central Florida. We focus on wholesale assignments, investor deals, and joint venture opportunities with other wholesalers who need help selling their properties. This role is perfect for someone who understands real estate investing, wholesaling, buyer outreach, follow-up, CRM management, and deal communication. Main Responsibilities: You will help our disposition team by contacting buyers, following up with interested investors, organizing buyer conversations, updating Podio and Google Sheets, and helping move deals toward strong offers. Daily tasks may include: Calling and texting cash buyers about available deals Following up with buyers who showed interest Adding and updating buyer information in our CRM Tracking buyer conversations and offer activity Helping organize highest and best offer situations Sending property details to buyers Confirming proof of funds when needed Helping identify serious buyers versus tire kickers Communicating updates clearly with the team Supporting JV deal conversations with other wholesalers Keeping clean notes on buyer preferences, markets, price ranges, and activity What We Are Looking For: Experience with real estate wholesaling or disposition preferred Strong English communication skills Comfortable making outbound calls Good phone presence and confidence speaking with buyers Organized and detail-oriented Able to follow scripts and processes Good with Google Sheets, CRM systems, and basic tech tools Experience with Podio is a plus Experience using SmrtPhone or similar dialers is a plus Reliable, coachable, and consistent Able to work during U.S. business hours Important Role Expectations: We need someone who can help create consistent buyer activity every day. Our goal is to have real conversations with investors, qualify buyers properly, collect offers, and help the team sell more deals. You must be comfortable speaking with real estate investors and asking direct questions such as: What areas are you buying in? What price range are you looking for? Are you buying cash or hard money? Can you provide proof of funds? How quickly can you close? Are you interested in this deal? What is your best offer?
