**Dispo Assistant — Wholesale Real Estate** We are a high-volume wholesale real estate company looking for an experienced Dispositions Assistant to support our disposition operations. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication skills, real estate knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously. **About the Role**\ This is a serious, long term, and Elite level position with an established company. You will work directly with our disposition team to move deals from contract to close. This includes managing buyer relationships, coordinating with lenders and title, overseeing marketing, and keeping our CRM up to date. This position is full time, with an hour wage plus a bonus on closed deals. **Responsibilities** - Select listing photos and prepare deals for market - Coordinate with the acquisitions team to schedule property showings - Communicate directly with buyers — building relationships, answering questions, and moving deals forward - Coordinate with lenders to confirm financing, verify assignment eligibility, and assess buyer ability to close - Prepare and approve marketing materials for active wholesale deals - Review and approve MLS posts before they go live - Write compelling listing descriptions tailored to the wholesale buyer audience - Screen and qualify buyers to ensure they are serious, capable, and a good fit for our deals - Log all buyer inquiries and relevant deal activity in Salesforce **Requirements** - Prior experience in wholesale real estate or a related real estate role (dispositions, acquisitions, or transaction coordination strongly preferred) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills — you will be speaking directly with buyers and lenders - Neutral or unnoticeable accent — this is a phone and video-heavy role with U.S.-based buyers and partners - Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM - Comfortable working independently and managing a pipeline without heavy oversight - Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing listings and marketing copy **How to Apply** To be considered, your application MUST include a video recording (1–2 minutes) of you speaking naturally and introducing yourself.
