Summary

Seeking Attorney for Limited-Scope Appeal / Sanctions Review I am seeking attorney for urgent limited-scope assistance with a District Court civil matter involving dismissal with prejudice and sanctions. The case involves a narrow District Court final-pay/payroll-record dispute against Dexcom, Inc. At the hearing, the District Court dismissed the case with prejudice, stated the case was frivolous, confirmed sanctions, and instructed defense counsel to prepare the proposed order. I am looking for help with: 1. reviewing the proposed order before entry; 2. objecting if the proposed order goes beyond the Court’s oral ruling; 3. identifying the legal basis for sanctions; 4. reviewing any sanctions amount, fee declaration, or cost request; 5. preserving the record for appeal; 6. preparing or advising on appeal of dismissal with prejudice and sanctions; 7. advising how this District Court ruling may affect a related Circuit Court case that is stayed pending arbitration. Important facts: * The Court stated dismissal with prejudice and frivolousness. * The Court did not clearly state the sanctions statute, rule, amount, or detailed findings. * Defense counsel was instructed to draft the proposed order. * I am concerned the proposed order may include findings, legal authority, scope language, or sanctions grounds beyond what was stated at the hearing. * I am self-represented and need help quickly before deadlines run. I can provide the motion to dismiss/request for sanctions, my opposition, Dexcom’s reply, my limited response, hearing notes/transcript, the docket, and the proposed order once received. I am open to limited-scope representation, consultation, ghostwriting, order review, sanctions opposition, or appeal assistance. Please respond with availability, experience with civil appeals or sanctions issues, and consultation fee.
