Division 9 Commercial Interiors Estimator — Supplier-Ready Material Takeoffs

Urban Build Group Inc. is looking for a contracted commercial construction estimator experienced in Division 9 / interior finish scopes. The main deliverable is a supplier-ready material takeoff / bill of materials that clearly lists quantities, sizes, specs, units, waste factors, and notes so we can send it directly to local suppliers for accurate pricing. Scopes may include drywall, metal framing, insulation, ACT ceilings, painting, flooring, FRP, finish carpentry, doors/hardware, and punch-list work. Estimator must be able to review drawings/specs, identify scope gaps, list exclusions/clarifications, and organize the estimate so Urban Build Group can apply local supplier pricing, labor rates, overhead, and profit. This first job is a paid test project. If the takeoff is accurate, organized, and supplier-ready, we are looking for ongoing estimating support on future commercial interiors bids.
