Domain migration specialist Freelance project - approx. 4 weeks, remote ivee is changing domains, and we want someone who does domain migrations again and again: someone who knows exactly what this entails, has the full checklist in their head, and has done it many times before. This is a get-it-right-first-time job, not a learn-on-ours job. What the move involves Email: migrating our accounts to the new domain with zero lost mail and deliverability protected (SPF, DKIM, DMARC set up properly). SEO: preserving our search equity through the change so we don't lose rankings or traffic. Redirects: mapping and implementing redirects across our landing pages and every subdomain currently on the old domain. A clear plan: telling us in plain language how to sequence all of this, especially because our landing pages are being rebuilt at the same time (more on that below). You're right for this if Domain migrations are your specialism and you've run many of them end to end. You're fluent in the SEO side: redirect mapping, canonicalisation, Search Console, monitoring for drops and fixing them fast. You know email migration and DNS properly, including deliverability. You can give us a confident, calm point of view on sequencing and risk, not just execution. Good to know This runs alongside a landing-page rebuild onto a new stack (we're hiring for that in parallel). The domain move and the page migration have to be choreographed together so we don't break URLs mid-flight. You'll coordinate with whoever runs that piece.
