# Performance Marketing / Traffic Growth Specialist — Florida Auto Insurance Leads ## About the Role We are looking for a serious performance marketer who knows how to drive **large-scale Florida traffic** to **TheQuoteJet.com** and convert that traffic into qualified auto insurance leads at the **lowest possible CPL**. This is not a brand marketing role. This is not a “run some ads and send reports” role. We need someone who understands direct-response traffic, lead generation, testing, optimization, conversion tracking, and how to produce measurable results fast. The goal is simple: **Drive high-volume Florida auto insurance traffic that converts into leads at a profitable CPL.** ## What We Are Not Looking For We are **not** looking for a traditional agency agreement with large monthly management fees. Do not apply if your model is: * High monthly retainer before results * Slow onboarding * Generic ad strategy * Fancy reports with no lead volume * “Brand awareness” campaigns * Outsourced account managers who do not personally run traffic * Long-term contracts with no performance accountability We want a hands-on operator who can actually drive traffic, test angles, manage campaigns, and produce leads. ## What You’ll Be Responsible For You will be responsible for building and managing traffic campaigns that send Florida consumers to **TheQuoteJet.com**. Responsibilities include: * Driving qualified Florida traffic to TheQuoteJet.com * Building, testing, and optimizing paid traffic campaigns * Lowering CPL through creative testing, audience testing, landing page feedback, and funnel optimization * Identifying high-converting traffic sources for Florida auto insurance leads * Managing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, native ads, display, search, or other traffic sources * Testing hooks, ad copy, creatives, offers, and landing page angles * Tracking leads, CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, and cost per qualified opportunity * Scaling campaigns that work and cutting campaigns that do not * Providing clear daily/weekly reporting on spend, leads, CPL, conversion rate, and recommended next moves * Helping identify bottlenecks in the funnel that hurt conversion * Working with our team to improve landing page performance and lead quality ## Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who has already generated leads at scale in competitive markets. You should understand: * Direct-response marketing * Paid traffic buying * Lead generation funnels * Florida consumer targeting * Insurance, finance, home services, legal, mortgage, solar, or other competitive lead-gen verticals * CPL optimization * Conversion tracking * Pixel/event setup * A/B testing * Creative testing * Landing page optimization * Compliance-sensitive advertising Experience in insurance lead generation is a major plus, but not required if you have proven experience driving profitable consumer leads in a competitive category. ## Key Performance Metrics You will be judged by actual performance, including: * Cost per lead * Lead volume * Lead quality * Florida-only traffic accuracy * Landing page conversion rate * Cost per qualified lead * Campaign scalability * Speed of testing and optimization * Ability to reduce wasted spend * Ability to find new profitable traffic channels ## Requirements You must be able to show real examples of campaigns you have run, including: * Traffic source used * Monthly ad spend managed * Lead volume generated * CPL achieved * Vertical or industry * What you did to improve performance * How you tracked and optimized results You do not need to reveal private client data, but you must be able to prove that you have actually produced lead-generation results. ## Compensation Structure We are open to the right structure, but we are **not interested in a standard agency retainer model**. Preferred structures include: * Performance-based compensation * Pay per qualified lead * Small base plus performance bonus * Contract role with clear CPL targets * Trial campaign with defined budget, lead goal, and CPL target The better you perform, the more opportunity there is to scale. ## Who Should Apply Apply if you are a hands-on marketer who can say: “I know how to buy traffic, test fast, optimize CPL, and scale what works.” You should be comfortable being held accountable to real numbers.
