Summary We are seeking a Digital Asset Management Specialist to organize our photo library for a golf brand, Sunday Golf. The task involves structuring photos into a clear and accessible library using Dropbox. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital asset management and photo organization, ensuring that the library is user-friendly and efficient. This is a part-time project expected to last ~3 months. Responsibilities: *Restructure our Dropbox photo library into an agreed folder taxonomy (organized by year, content type — ecom / studio / campaign — and shoot) *Apply consistent file naming conventions You're a fit if you have: *Proven experience organizing large photo libraries or digital asset management (DAM) projects *Experience with brand/agency photo libraries (understanding usage rights matters — some of our content is licensed and confidential) *Strong attention to detail and comfort working independently with weekly check-ins
