Senior Customer Support & Operations Specialist (Fashion & Home Decor Dropshipping) Senior Customer Support & Operations Specialist (Fashion & Home Decor Dropshipping) We are looking for a Senior Customer Support & Operations Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Freshdesk / Gorgias / Zendesk and high-volume dropshipping environments to support our growing Shopify stores. This is a senior role. We are specifically looking for someone who already has deep experience working inside structured email environments, handling high ticket volumes, and taking ownership of broader operational tasks for fashion and home decor e-commerce stores. Our stores operate in a Google-driven dropshipping model, which requires fast, organized, and highly structured customer support and operations. This role goes beyond support alone: we want someone who can keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, spot problems before they grow, and improve processes across the board. Responsibilities Handle and manage high-volume customer support tickets across multiple stores Work within our email/helpdesk systems to maintain structured ticket handling and workflows Maintain clear and consistent customer communication Oversee and improve day-to-day operations (order flow, fulfillment follow-up, supplier and carrier issues, refunds/chargebacks) Build and improve support and operational workflows, SOPs, and documentation Identify recurring issues, track key metrics, and escalate operational insights to the team Help coordinate between customer service, fulfillment, and management Mandatory Requirements Applicants must meet all of the following: Strong hands-on experience with helpdesk systems like Freshdesk / Gorgias / Zendesk Experience working with fashion and/or home decor dropshipping e-commerce stores Experience supporting Google-driven dropshipping stores Experience handling high ticket volumes in e-commerce environments Experience taking on operational responsibilities beyond pure customer support These requirements are mandatory for this role.
