Dubai Real Estate SaaS Sales, Appointment Setters & Closers Needed | €1,000 per Closed Client

We’re looking for experienced appointment setters and closers to help us sell an AI/SaaS platform built specifically for real estate companies in Dubai. Role: Appointment Setter / Closer Type: Remote, commission-based Pay: €1,000 per closed client, uncapped Niche: Dubai Real Estate / AI / SaaS Leads: Provided The platform helps real estate brokerages manage and follow up with inbound leads using AI, including calls, WhatsApp conversations, lead qualification, follow-ups, and centralized lead management. You will not be responsible for building lead lists from scratch. We already have the companies and prospects we want to target. For setters, your main responsibility will be reaching out to prospects, starting conversations, following up, and booking qualified meetings. For closers, your responsibility will be running sales calls, understanding the prospect’s needs, presenting the platform, handling objections, and closing the deal. We’re ideally looking for people who have previous experience selling SaaS, AI products, marketing or agency services, B2B software, or other high-ticket offers. Experience selling to real estate companies, especially in Dubai or the UAE, is a big plus. Compensation is €1,000 for every client closed, with no cap on commissions.
