📞 Dutch-Speaking Lead Follow-Up Caller — Solar, AC & EV Installation Company (Netherlands)

We're a fast-growing installation company based in Enschede, Netherlands, specializing in solar panels, air conditioning, and EV chargers. Our lead database is growing — and we need a sharp, proactive caller to follow up on both new and existing leads so no opportunity slips through. What You'll Do Call new inbound leads immediately — speed is everything in this role Follow up on existing leads in our database — re-engage, check in, and revive opportunities Persist until contact is made — multiple attempts across different times of day Answer basic product questions confidently and professionally Book appointments directly into our CRM Log all call activity with clear, accurate notes Who We're Looking For ✅ Native or near-native Dutch speaker — this is non-negotiable ✅ Warm, natural phone presence — sounds like a person, not a script ✅ Fast responder — you act the moment a new lead comes in ✅ Stable, reliable internet connection — this is a hard requirement ✅ Good headset + quiet workspace ✅ Available between 09:00–20:30 CET ✅ Experience in outbound calling or appointment setting is a strong plus ⚠️ Important: We are looking for a real human caller only.
