ERPNext Consultant — Set Up Manufacturing (BOM, Inventory & Production Planning)

We're a manufacturing company operating two facilities and producing a single hardware product with several hundred BOM components. We need an experienced ERPNext expert to properly configure the manufacturing side of the system. What we need help with: Building the Bill of Materials (BOM) for our product — multiple hundreds of parts, both purchased and in-house-made Inventory / stock setup: warehouses for our two facilities, reorder levels, and safety-stock targets Production planning / material requirements so purchasing is driven by our production rate Purchasing workflow: suppliers, purchase orders, and receiving Importing our existing data (items, suppliers, current stock, open orders) Any custom fields or settings needed to match how we actually work Already in place: You should have: Proven, hands-on ERPNext implementation experience — please share specific manufacturing/inventory setups you've done Strong knowledge of the Manufacturing, Stock, and Buying modules Engagement: Hourly. Two phases: (1) an initial setup/consulting phase to get manufacturing fully configured, then (2) ongoing support for questions and adjustments as we use the system day to day. We're looking for someone reliable we can build a long-term working relationship with. A few screening questions (please answer in your proposal): How many ERPNext implementations have you completed, and which modules? Have you set up multi-part BOMs with reorder levels and/or production planning? Briefly describe one. What is your hourly rate and typical weekly availability?
