We need someone to find some or create self-esteem exercises for adults in a self-esteem coaching program! We need in depth informative, intellectually stimulating, information of self-esteem and extensive exercises. You can collect this data from the internet. The group meets online and we need for them to be fully engaged and insightful exercises that increases or reinforces their positive view of themselves. Articles from Cosmo, Psychology today, are fine - we need to put together ongoing fun, informative, transformational exercises that help raise participants awareness of their own value. This is for a coaching program. I also need curriculums in other subject matters.
