Ecom Fractional offshore CFO/Analyst/Googlesheets wizard

I am looking for an offshore ecommerce CFO/Financial Analyst/Googlesheet wizard who can run a few things. I use claude a lot and want someone who understands ai but has the oversight and intelligence to be able to see the big picture, and help systemise metrics measurements in the business. 1. I need my daily ecommerce dashboard more dialled in with automation from shopify, so I can see monthly metrics and daily profits etc. It's simple I just need someone to take a look at the data routing, make sure data is accurate from xero and shopify. it may need a little bit of hands on work once a month, and the rest should be automated. 2. I need my 12 month budget fine tuned, you must be able to comb through the previous 12 months, understand the changes i've made in the business, allocate correctly, understand our business trends, my vision and help me reduce costs as well as areas to optimise. help me run the business better from the budget. I want you to question the spending of my business, don't agree with me, question everything! 3. I need a cashflow forecast run on a 12 month basis in googlesheets, aligned with Xero. I want everything in googlesheets and Xero so I can use claude to reference googlesheets. Free up my time and help me turn this business around. I suspect there will be some setup, getting my current dashboards more in order and optimised, and then once a month adjustments/reports/etc. - must be an expert in Xero, Shopify, Googlesheets - Must be able to work around my timezone (AEST- Melbourne) - this is not a basic bookkeeping job.
