Ecommerce Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper – Agency & E-Commerce Clients | Remote We're a fractional CFO and financial operations firm serving marketing agencies and e-commerce businesses across the US and globally. We're a small, fast-moving team — nothing like your traditional accounting firm. We're looking for a bookkeeper to own a portfolio of clients end to end — clean books, invoicing, AR/AP, and working closely with our CFOs who use your numbers to drive real decisions for business owners. What the role involves - Full-cycle bookkeeping across a portfolio of agency and e-commerce clients - Invoicing and AR/AP management across Bill.com, QBO, and Xero - Reconciling e-commerce revenue streams (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Amazon, or similar) - Liaising with clients on billing and outstanding items - Supporting CFOs with accurate, timely financials What we're looking for - E-commerce bookkeeping experience is a must — if you haven't reconciled Shopify payouts, Stripe fees, or multi-channel revenue before, this role isn't for you - Solid bookkeeping experience with agency or service business clients is a strong plus - Confident in both QBO and Xero — this is a must - European or US time zone with overlap for US client hours - Someone who uses their initiative, solves problems independently, and takes ownership without being chased - High attention to detail and professional standards — our clients are paying for a premium service What you won't get A rigid corporate environment, micromanagement, or boring work.
