Summary

We're looking for an experienced Shopify CRO & Funnel Optimization Specialist to help grow our premium skincare ecommerce brand, LASSO. We already have a strong pipeline of Meta creatives and content. Now we're looking for someone who can maximize the value of that traffic by building, testing, and optimizing high-converting advertorials, landing pages, and sales funnels. This is not a one-time design project—we're looking for someone who enjoys testing different ideas, improving conversion rates, and continuously optimizing the customer journey. Responsibilities Build high-converting advertorials and Shopify landing pages Develop different funnel strategies for cold Meta traffic Create and test multiple customer journeys Conduct A/B tests on headlines, offers, layouts, CTAs, pricing, and page structure Optimize conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and overall customer experience Analyze user behavior using data and recommend improvements Collaborate with our media buyer and creative team to maximize campaign performance Continuously test new ideas instead of relying on one funnel Requirements Proven experience building high-converting ecommerce funnels Shopify experience Experience writing or structuring advertorials Strong understanding of CRO and direct-response marketing Comfortable using landing page builders such as Replo, Instant, PageFly, Zipify, or similar Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization Bonus Experience Beauty, skincare, or wellness brands Meta advertising experience Direct response copywriting Upsell and post-purchase optimization Quiz funnels Subscription ecommerce Please Include Examples of advertorials or landing pages you've built. Shopify brands you've worked with. Results you've achieved (conversion rate, ROAS, AOV, etc.). Your favorite tools (Replo, Instant, PageFly, Shopify, etc.). How you approach testing and optimizing funnels. We're looking for someone who wants to become a long-term partner as we continue scaling LASSO and testing new customer acquisition strategies. Screening Questions Please share 2–3 ecommerce advertorials or landing pages you've personally built. What is the biggest conversion rate improvement you've helped achieve? How do you typically structure your A/B testing process? Which Shopify landing page builders and CRO tools are you most experienced with? Have you worked with Meta traffic before? If yes, approximately what monthly ad spend were the brands managing?
