Ecommerce Growth Consultant (Shopify)

Ecommerce Growth Consultant Project Duration: ~3 months, long term partnership possible Compensation: $6,000 - $12,000 depending on hours and experience About us Rowan Appliance (rowanappliance.com) is a growing online appliance retailer. We're looking for an experienced eCommerce consultant to work closely alongside our internal team to grow website sales — not to take over, but to guide, execute together, and help us build capability as we go. What you’ll do - Audit our Shopify store and co-develop a plan to improve conversions and UX - Build and execute an SEO strategy — on-page, technical, and content - Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) - Set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) - Configure GA4 tracking and reporting so we can both monitor what's working - Walk us through decisions so we understand and can contribute meaningfully Requirements - Proven experience with Shopify — store optimization, apps, and theme customization - Strong SEO skills including on-page, technical SEO, and keyword research - Hands-on experience managing Google Ads for eCommerce - Experience running Meta Ads with a focus on ROAS and audience targeting - Proficiency in GA4 — event tracking, conversion setup, and reporting - Strong communicator who enjoys teaching and explaining their process - Ability to share past results or a relevant case study Nice to have - Experience in appliances, home goods, or consumer electronics - Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization - Experience mentoring or consulting (not just executing independently)
